I booked a canceled Stone Sheep hunt on very short notice. I was not able to get in sheep shape due to a hamstring injury, lack of time, and being an old man. The airline lost my luggage so that created some issues. Dylan and his crew run one of the most professional outfits I have hunted with. Chad was an awesome guide although I couldn’t even think about keeping up with him. I would not hesitate hunting with them again. Solid accommodations, food, horses and wranglers. A great adventure.

Nate and crew did a great job for my wife and I in the 2024 season. We were able to harvest our stone sheep, both 9 years old and full curl, and my wife took a nice 6x6 bull elk as well. We truly enjoyed our time in camp and with their staff. Chad and Coty were both top notch guides and went the extra mile for us. The mountain horses were easy to handle/ride and the country was magnificent. The only regret was it was over before we knew it. Hope to come back and do this again someday with Nate and his crew!

Fall 2024 - Alberta Bighorn

I truly cannot speak highly enough about this operation. Nathan was very attentive and helpful in the months leading up to the hunt, and always there to answer questions and help with travel arrangements. Sheep hunts are tough, and I have heard horror stories about hunters who have had to make multiple trips to Alberta for their bighorn. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure my hunt was successful. This was my slam ram, and #29 of my North American Super Slam of big game. Having said that, I have not had a better sheep hunt in my life! The guides (Daniel Gratton, Dawson Jacobs, Justin Griffin) truly know the area and where the sheep are. They work extra hard so you don't have to, and they cover a lot of ground to ensure your success. The horses were top notch, and so were the meals and accommodations during the trip (homemade food, no mountain house). I shot my ram on the 2nd day, and we were on sheep the whole time. A broomed off 9-year-old tank, and I couldn't be happier. These guys consistently produce, and I would hunt with them anytime and anyplace. If you have dreamed of hunting bighorn sheep, these guys would be my first choice!

2023 - Alberta

Went on a 10 day hunt with Nate and Dawson. Had an absolute blast! Great guys to hunt with super accommodating let me bring 2 extra buddies and we all had a blast! Food was unreal best that I have had on a hunting trip! Both Nate and Dawson were super knowledgeable in the area and tried super hard to find me a sheep hunted hard to the last day and got a nice Ram on the last day! All around great trip and I hope to go back one day.

Fall 2023 - Alberta

I had the good fortune of hunting bighorn sheep with Tuchodi and Frozenman Outfitters in Alberta in the fall of 2023. They were kind enough to allow me to hunt later in the season when a broken arm derailed my hunt. Nathan and his crew run a first class operation! The area is pre-scouted, the guidestaff and wranglers are professionals and they run excellent stock. Heated wall tents and great food are backcountry luxuries–this ain't no backpack hunt! Their hard work presented me with a legal ram on day three of the hunt. A single frontal shot at 180 yards and my tag was punched. The trail out through beautiful country could not have been any sweeter. I give them my highest and most enthusiastic recommendation. I’ve been very blessed to hunt all over North America, South America and Africa. I’ve experienced some amazing camps and some not so amazing ones. Tuchodi River Outfitters was at the top of the list.
